Mary Tutt is a Sr. Mortgage Lender (NMLS #240333) with Community Mortgage (NMLS #77047) and is a mortgage professional who treats all customers with respect, consideration, and honesty.  Community Mortgage was established in 1988 and home lending is our business.  We offer Conventional, FHA, VA, and Rural Development financing.  We also offer “Specialty Financing” for those who cannot qualify for conforming loan types. Mary began her mortgage career in 1986 while living in Honolulu, Hawaii as a set-up specialist.  She quickly advanced in her career, and in 2006 she took the plunge and became a Mortgage Originator.

For all your electrical needs, we can help. From the estimate to the completed job, we are family friendly and produce quality work at a reasonable price. We want you to be satisfied with a job well done.

There is not a job for Ross Family Electric that we cannot do. We can do complete home rewiring, put in new electrical panels and replace old wiring. A large part of our business is installing new wall sockets, switches, new light fixtures, ceiling fans, can lighting, accent lighting, and smoke and radon detectors. Outside the home we can install lighting on decks, docks and even night watch lights. Anything electric we can do or we will find someone who will help you.

We are a hard working and dedicated, locally owned, family based electrician business. As a family, when we are not working to make our customers happy with all their electrical needs, we enjoy our small farms. With cows, chickens pigs and farm dogs, we’ve always got our hands busy.

Several years ago I was a single mom with a ton of debt. I really felt like there was no hope for my financial situation. I even considered bankruptcy and was searching for peace when I came across hope. First I heard, then began applying principles taught by Dave Ramsey, and eventually, not only became completely debt-free. but over the course gained a sense of peace for financial freedom that I would not have thought possible. My passion is to help people achieve financial peace and meet their personal financial goals by instilling hope and peace. I completed coursework through the Ramsey Solutions “Financial Coach Master Training Program”.
